Accommodations & Requests
Please notify us in advance of any special requests (dietary, seating options or hotel room accommodations). We will do our best to fulfill all requests, but cannot guarantee them. Notice must be given at least 10 days in advance for any special requests.
ADA accessible rooms
If requesting an ADA accessible room at the hotel, please note these rooms have 1 king bed and a sleeper sofa. If you request an ADA room, we will assume this room configuration will be acceptable.
Dietary
Our chef can accommodate most special diets (e.g. diabetic, vegan/vegetarian, and gluten free) if notified in advance. We cannot guarantee the availability of particular foods once the boat has left the dock and may not be able to provide alternative meals if not notified in advance. Please read our policy here.
Mobility
The Twilight has three levels; stairs are required to reach the upper decks. We are unable to accommodate motorized scooters onboard; these can be sent with your overnight luggage and will be waiting for you at our dock in Dubuque. Walkers or wheelchairs are welcomed.

Day 1: LeClaire to Dubuque
Board the Twilight at 7:30 am in LeClaire, Iowa. We will have coffee, sweet rolls, yogurt parfaits, a hot item, fresh fruit, and orange juice waiting for you. Depart Northbound for Dubuque, Iowa by 8:00 am. Lunch and dinner will be served onboard as well as a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Narration available throughout the day; live entertainment in the afternoon. Arrival time in Dubuque is approximately 6:15pm.
Day 2: Dubuque to LeClaire
After breakfast at the hotel, board our complimentary shuttle that will take you to the National Mississippi River museum. Tickets to this Smithsonian accredited facility are included in your fare. Doors are open for our passengers at 8:30am. Feel free to explore the museum campus for the next few hours. Boarding of the Twilight begins at 10:30am and is located just outside the back door of the museum. The Twilight will depart at 11am with an approximate arrival time in LeClaire by 6:30pm. A delicious lunch, mid-afternoon snack and dinner are served on the return trip while you enjoy another afternoon of entertainment, history, and the beauty of the Mississippi River.
Continuing in this year, we are partnering with Trolleys of Dubuque, who will be offering a 1.5 hour, historical tour throughout downtown Dubuque. The tour is $25 per adult and will depart from the front of the hotel 30 minutes following your evening arrival in Dubuque. Reservations can be made during the booking process of your cruise.
