Covid-19 Policy and Procedures

If any Riverboat Twilight customer experiences flu-like symptoms when they are scheduled to be on a cruise, we please ask you to contact us. We will be happy to reschedule your cruise to any time in the future with no rescheduling fee. All you have to do is contact our office at 800-331-1467 or via email at info@riverboattwilight.com.

For the past several weeks, we have implemented an enhanced cleaning process. While the cleaning process of our boarding facility and vessel has always been robust, we have taken steps to invest in recommended disinfectants and will continue to evaluate our cleaning procedures.
• Frequently touched surfaces on our boarding facility, vessel and offices such as door knobs, handles, ticket counters, and hand rails will be wiped down with disinfectant on a recurrent basis. We are reinforcing training procedures to ensure cleaning processes are conducted properly by our employees.
• Hand sanitizer is available at our ticket window and numerous places aboard the vessel for passengers and employees to utilize.
• The Riverboat Twilight requests passengers and employees to respect and adhere to social distancing while in our facilities, standing in line to board and on board our vessels.

Reservation / Cancellation Policy

PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE OF ANY MOBILITY OR DIETARY ISSUES. Individuals with walking disabilities can request to be seated on the Main Deck (Bottom Deck) of the boat. Each deck offers the same views, experience, and ambiance however, because main deck seating requires no stairs, it is the most convenient spot for passengers with mobility issues. All of the meals, entertainment, narration, and sites can be experienced on the main deck. The restrooms and gift shop are also conveniently located on the first floor.

All passage for our One and Two Day cruises must be reserved in advance. No fares transacted at the boarding point. The Riverboat Twilight will make every accommodation possible to stay on schedule, however, will not be responsible for cruise delays that are beyond their control.

What is the cancellation policy?

Two-day cruises: Less than 30 days notice of cancellation: $100 /person not refunded. - Less than 72 hours: 50% refund. - Less than 24 hours notice, no shows or late arrivals no refunds. If your plans change prior to 72 hours before departure we may allow you to reschedule, based upon availability. An inconvenience fee of up to 50% of the cruise value may be charged for passengers who fail to show up for their scheduled cruise.

One day cruises: Less than 30 days notice of cancellation: $25 /person not refunded. - Less than 72 hours: 50% refund. - Less than 24 hours notice, no shows or late arrivals no refunds. If your plans change prior to 72 hours before departure we may allow you to reschedule, based upon availability. An inconvenience fee of up to 50% of the cruise value may be charge for passengers who fail to show up for their scheduled cruise.

Sightseeing cruises - Less than 24 hours notice, no-shows or late arrivals - No Refund.

In the event of a global pandemic or other crisis beyond our control, we reserve the right to issue gift certificates in place of cash refunds.

Tobacco Policy

Smoking and vaping of tobacco products is allowed outside on the main deck stern only. The consumption of cannabis, whether by smoking, vaping or via edibles is strictly forbidden. The Riverboat Twilight prohibits the possession and consumption of all substances proscribed by the Federal Controlled Substance Act.

Free parking is available in the public lot located in front of our boat landing.
